This is a wonderful example of a 17th. century, painted pricket candlestick. Circa 1640-1660. This example is all original with remnants of its dry white and black paint. The candle stick has the best surface and the original 13 inch tall shaft has a forged pricket, the base measures 7 inch square. Excellent condition.
