18th. century Adjustable Candle Light w/Save All

This is a lovely and unique piece of 18th. century lighting. A small table light, (good things come in small packages), the best small size measuring only 7 inches tall. This unique little light has its original red painted surface with a fully mortised and chamfered stem setting on a raised rectangular base. A unique feature of this light is the SAV-ALL feature which permits you to burn even the smallest nub down to nothing. The light has a steel spring mechanism which holds the larger candle. The red paint is dry and original to the light. A great piece of 18th. century American lighting. Most likely New England in origin. Price: sold
