One of the finest pipe kilns I have owned and re-owned. I sold this piece about 5 years ago and had the opportunity to repurchase it. Was happy to have it back. You certainly won’t find this form too often, if ever. The piece is a pipe kiln, used for drying Worden, tavern pipes after they have been washed. What is most unusual about this piece is the additional elements added to the kiln design. There is a wonderful candle holder right in the center of the top rail. The candle holder is flanked on both sides by two tobacco cups. Outstanding form. The pipe kiln does have oxidation and the candle cup has loss on the drip tray under the candle holder but the kiln is usable and stable. It measures 16 x 12 1/2 x 7 1/2 inches. American pipe kiln. The pipes are included. Price: sold
