19th. century Spiral Shaft, Three Legged Table Light

This is an outstanding piece of American lighting. The form and surface are just wonderful. The table light has a spiral shaft. Please not that a portion near the center of the shaft show wear from use. The rest of the shaft are just fine. The base has the best three legged stand. The cross bar has an unusual tin candle cup, one on each side. Each candle cup look to be two separate pieces that form the cup. The surface has great patina and has a worn Black surface. The table light measures 24 1/2 inches tall, the candle arm measures about 15 inches and the spread of the legs is about 11 inches. sold
