Can’t say enough about this charming piece of treenware. This is a small sugar bowl with the best surface and form. The sugar bowl measures 6 1/2 inches tall, 3 1/2 inch diameter base and a 3 inch diameter top. The shape of the bowl is outstanding, the top finial is like the cherry on the Sunday and the paint is absolutely the best, being a putty with red finial topper and some on the base. The sugar bowl is in excellent condition. It is American with wonderful provenance. This piece was sold at Richard W. Withington, Inc. Hillsboro, NH in 9/12/1996 with the provenance of Nancy Sevatson, She was a well known and respected Folk Art and Americana dealer and collector from Dublin, NH. This is a lovely find, one you wont come across too often. Price: sold
