I love this light. It is definitely pure country, a true primitive piece of lighting. Circa late 18th. to early 19th. century. This light has an extremely heavy circular base with an Oak shaft and a swivel candle arm. The candle arm is unique in that it swivels from side to side until it hits the shaft. The candle arm, socket and drip pan have the best red/salmon original paint. Notice how the candle cup is flared out and attached to the drip pan.The floor light measures about 38 inches tall. Heavy duty, this light will not tip over. Price: sold
