Early American Tape Loom. Most of these come from Sweden – this one is likely American, without the usual Swedish decoration. It is small and has an old hand made repair to the upper rim. Some of the slats have warped with use, creating the uneven appearance. Simple and beautiful. Thicker and rounded top and bottom. Found in Connecticut and dating from the late 1700s to early 1800s. It measures 7 x 7 inches. Great repair on the top rail. Price: sold
