This is truly an exceptional find, a pair of American Whale Oil lamps–you wont find this too often. The pair of lamps are quite stately, made of tin and are circa late 18th. century to early 19th. century. They are in excellent condition and have quite an outstanding presence. The lamps measure 15 3/4 inches tall to the top of the tin wick. The base measures 5 inches in diameter. The tin has great patina and the condition is wonderful. Price: sold
