Circa 1920’s Absolute Vintage Comics, The Adventures of Mutt and Jeff, Nippy’s Pop

This is an area out of my expertise. I have not seen comic books in this large, book type configuration. The Adventures of Mutt and Jeff and Nippy’s Pop are just that. The Mutt and Jeff book measures 16 1/2 x 11 inches and Nippy’s Pop 14 x 10 3/4 inches. Mutt and Jeff is in full color, and Nippy’s Pop black and white. The books are worn and I do remember seeing a page that was partially torn in the Nippy’s Pop book. Along with these two circa 1920’s comics are a small hard bound book “Napoleon Uncle Elby and Little Mary, The Family Upstairs–Book 1 and Book Two, By George–the complete daily Komic Strips of George Herriman-Volume 1. and two Krazy Kat Komix 1 and 2. I believe only the Mutt and Jeff and Nippy’s Pop and the small book to be of the period, the rest I believe are reprints. It is a wonderful package of vintage laughter, back when comics were silly fun that made you laugh.
