This is a very nice, early example of a store mannequin head, Millinery head. It appears to be all original, paper mache. Lovely, finely painted face and using black and dark paint for the rest of the head and torso. Her face is sweet and simply beautiful. A very nice black ribbon around the neck, could be original but I believe old–tied some time ago. Just a touch of class. This fine mannequin head measures 15 1/2 x 6 1/4 x 5 1/4 inches.
