I love these small early bowls from the 18th century. This one has its original very dry red paint and is American. The color is very close in the first photos. The red in the last photo is too “cherry” red and not true. It has a 1” rim, a prominent foot with a cut sprue on bottom. It was made on an early foot lathe as indicated from the lathe turnings on base. It has chop marks on the inside. The bowl is 8 7/8” – 9 3/8” x 2 – 2 1/4”, no issues. 18th century. Price: Sold
