A great early Federal Server. I believe it dates to about 1820-1840. Mahogany veneers on the drawer fronts, cherry secondary woods used in the construction of this server. Please notice the chip of veneer off of the front drawer, see photo. Also note the cracks on both sides of that wide piece of wood, That piece measures 14 inches. The overall measurements of the server are 40 1/2 x 21 x 38 inches .
