A very nice make do table light. This make do was made in the period so it is an authentic Make-Do. The proportions and shape of the base are very appealing and have a nice architectural feel, mounted with a good size, 5 inch, crimped drip tray and candle light. The overall size of the light is 10 inches and the base measures 5 1/2 x 5 3/4 inches. There is a tight line on the base but it remains stable, see photo. American Make-Do, circa 1880-1890.
