An absolutely gorgeous Trencher, most unusual that it is an 18th. century trencher. Usually the ones available are 19th. century. This trencher has such great age, patina and the size is another added feature. It measures only 14″ X 9 3/4 X 3 inches. The smaller the better. The trencher is very thick and heavy. It was skillfully hand hewn and has a finely detailed surface. The surface is all original and was never finished.
